2024 Taste of the Valley Vendor Application
Taste of the Valley is an indoor/outdoor market event that celebrates all things grown, made and created within Renfrew County!
Originally introduced in October 2006, the event is now held four times per year between August and October in a select number of communities across Renfrew County. In November 2022, the first-ever Holiday edition was introduced with great success. Taste of the Valley events promote and support local food producers, growers and makers in the Ottawa Valley and encourage “Taste of Place” in celebration of local food, products, art and culture.
Vendors interested in exhibiting at a 2024 Taste of the Valley event(s) must submit a completed application form by Friday, June 7, 2024.

Vendor Approvals
All vendor applications are subject to review and approval by the County of Renfrew. Upon review, vendors will be notified via email of their application status (approved/pending/declined).
- Vendor applications received before June 7, 2024 will be notified of their application status by June 14, 2024.
- Vendor applications received after June 7, 2024 will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis pending booth space availability.
Upon successful approval, confirmation will be emailed to the vendor with an accompanying invoice and link to pay electronically (paypal, debit or credit card). Payment via cheque (made payable to the County of Renfrew) is acceptable. Vendor fees must be paid in advance of the event. Vendors will not be permitted to set-up on the day of the event if outstanding fees apply.
