I will ensure the safety, dignity, and well-being of all individuals who come to the Warming Centre by ensuring I am responsible for respectful behaviour that is not aggressive or violent. I will not actively use substances while on the Warming Centre premises and will attempt to access supports provided to me when I am ready, including mental health and behavioral supports. I will ensure that quiet hours are respected for other guests, and everyone is treated with dignity.
By entering the Warming Centre, guests agree to abide by the code of conduct outlined above. Our staff will provide support to help individuals meet these expectations, especially for those facing challenges related to mental health and addiction. Our goal is to foster a sense of community, where everyone's rights are respected and upheld.
